Here are the required steps for foreign suppliers when BOL (Bill of Lading) is needed as well as BOL (Bill of Lading) data.

1. The BOL document as PDF can be attached in the Tradeshift Platform through the Attachments field.

2. BOL Number to be updated in the Transport Reference filed

3. When the Transport number field is filled, the BOL Date also needs to be provided.

If the BOL date is missing the below validation error will appear.

When all BOL related data is provided, the invoice can be submitted successfully.
