Nestlé has decided not to pursue its use of Tradeshift as intermediate to manage its Account Payable documents (Invoices & credit note), effective on the 30.06.2024.


Therefore, we thank you to move from today back to the agreed process for AP invoices with your country’s Nestle contact -
  • Via your e-invoicing channel or Paper/PDF invoices to be sent to corresponding email in your recipient Nestle market:

Validation rules have been set up by Nestlé to reduce the number of queries relating to invoices which can delay payments.

These rules ensure that all necessary information is included on your invoices.
