Dear Valued Nestlé Suppliers,


We are pleased to announce the launch of our new e-invoicing solution, Tradeshift. From now on we offer our suppliers the possibility to process digital and paperless invoices to contribute to a faster payment process, more transparency for our suppliers and a step into more environmental responsibility.


On this page, we will explain the first steps you need to take in order to activate your Tradeshift account. Once logged in, Nestle’s dedicated Support page will provide more guidance.


We are taking steps country by country to make this platform the only way to receive invoices in the future.

Validation Rules

Validation rules have been set up by Nestlé to reduce the number of queries relating to invoices which can delay payments.

These rules ensure that all necessary information is included on your invoices.
